Jannifer Ju

Chief Operating Officer/General Counsel

As the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Superior, Jannifer oversees numerous departments, including Information Technology, Supply Chain, HR, Administration, Production and Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Legal. She applies her belief in a "Learning Corporation" - one in which every member of the team is empowered to voice his or her opinion and collectively effect positive change in the company and her approach to management.

Adding to her many responsibilities as COO, in 2008, Jannifer spearheaded the implementation of the Kaizen philosophy into Superior's business processes. This proven, time-tested philosophy promotes employee empowerment, continuous improvement, and overall company efficiency that helps minimize errors and increases production.

Prior to joining Superior in April 1996, Jannifer worked in the tax department for the law firm of Reisch & Luftman. She also gained valuable accounting experience through her work with KPMG (an international public accounting firm). Jannifer went on to operate her own law and CPA firm, Ju & Associates, of which Superior was a client. Ju & Associates primarily managed the accounting, tax, and legal needs of a variety of business clients.

Jannifer has a B.A. in accounting from Cal State Fullerton and earned a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School. She is State Bar certified and is a Certified Public Accountant. In her spare time, Jannifer enjoys oil painting, spending time with family and friends, practicing Zen meditation and volunteering at an educational institution.
